▶ Basic information sheet has information on celadon, white porcelain, buncheong and tea ceremony in Korean, English and Japanese. Please specify the language.

Exchange and Return policy

* Exchangeable and refundable
Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In case the supplied product is cracked or damaged. (Supporting photo evidence shall be sent to "doyenong@hanmail.net".)

* Non-exchangeable and non-refundable
Tea set and tableware (possibility of permeation of food or beverages)
In case the damage of the product is caused by the buyer.
In case the packaging is opened or damaged, affecting product value, unless the packaging was opened to check the product. 

* Ceramics are handmade and may differ slightly in shape and color from product to product.
* In case the exchange or refund is due to the buyer's change of mind, round-trip freight charge shall be borne by the buyer. 
* If the returned product is broken or damaged, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please make sure to safely repackage it to prevent any damages. 
* Once the product arrives at HQ, it will be inspected for any defects before proceeding to refund, etc.
* In case of refund, please contact the card company after ten business days for information on refund period and progress.
